The mozzarella cheese we use is low-lactose and that way suits almost everyone. If dairy-products doesn’t suit you, we recommend changing the mozzarella cheese to vegan cheese or beetroot, that brings some moisture to the pizza. Our staff is happy to help you with any changes.
Our pizza bases don’t contain any animal, dairy or egg products. You can build a pizza that suits your diet with the help from our staff.
We know that compromises have to be made to take care of yourself, but some enjoyment now and then doesn’t hurt anyone. Pizza is also suitable in a healthy diet and with different toppings you can make a lighter version of your pizza. To meat lovers we recommend salami and bacon, and for those who are looking for something lighter rocket salad and shiitake mushrooms. GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BASE
We make our gluten free pizza bases ourselves in every restaurant. The bases are made of flours that are not naturally gluten free but are suitable for most people with celiac disease. We bake the gluten free bases in the same space where we are using normal wheat flour, so therefore there is a small chance that the gluten free pizza bases contain a small amount of wheat dust. We are of course are trying to minimize the contamination risk. The gluten free pizza bases are baked on a clean baking paper in the same oven where all pizzas are baked. As toppings we use the same ingredients that we use in all of our pizzas.
